1. Can you deliver to my wedding?
Made to order wedding flowers can be collected from our studio in Battersea, London. For delivery, please contact us for a quote.
2. Will you help me set up my wedding flowers?
This is part of the bespoke service. If you would like us to set up your wedding flowers please contact us for a quote.
3. After the wedding what do we do with the vases, etc?
Props are priced on a hire basis, they will need to be returned after your wedding. There will be a 20% deposit to be paid based on the overall cost of your wedding, which will be reimbursed upon return of the props, less any damage. Please get in touch if you would like to purchase any vases and we will add them to your quote.
4. What if my flowers are damaged en route?
If you choose to collect the flowers from us, we will ensure they are packed very safely and securely. Therefore we are not liable for damage caused after collection.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Depending on which aspect of your order you wish to change, we may transfer you to our bespoke weddings. There can be no significant changes made less than two weeks before your wedding. A 50% deposit is due when you confirm your order and the remaining amount is to be paid in full, no less than two weeks before the wedding. The booking deposit is non refundable.
6. When should I place my order?
Made to order wedding flowers can be placed whenever is most convenient for you, however, we do ask for a minimum two week's notice so that we can source the best flowers for you.
7. Can I change aspects of the colour scheme or style?
If you would like to request a certain flower type to be used, or a specific colour, then please add this in the comments section at the end of the process and we will do our utmost to accommodate these. For wider ranging or larger changes we would transfer you to our bespoke wedding service.
CEREMONY FLOWERS
You can mix and match the above on your tables, but we would recommend...
- 2 large arrangements as a statement, to sit at the end of the aisle, framing the couple as they marry.
- Pew ends for every other pew to lead your eye down the aisle.

RECEPTION FLOWERS
You can mix and match the above on your tables, but we would recommend...
- For a round table either 5 bud vases, 1 large vase, or 1 medium vase and 3 bud vases.
- For a long table of 6 people either 5 stem vases, 2 large vases or 1 medium vase and 3 bud vases.
- Poseur tables and drinks tables work well with bud vases or vase arrangements.

Each bouquet is carefully bound with a naturally dyed silk ribbon handcrafted in the UK.
Flower crowns are attached the the back with a soft and stylish white satin ribbon.
Buttonholes are finished with your preference of a white satin ribbon or a natural twine, and come with all necessary attachment pins.
Bridal bouquet 24cm in diameter- Bridesmaids bouquet 20cm in diameter
Child’s flower crown size can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the ribbon - please let us know the age of the child in the comments section

Lucy Vail Floristry introduces ‘Weddings - Made to Order’: the perfect solution for brides who desire something magical with a luxurious Lucy Vail style but don’t want the price of the full bespoke service. Lucy has designed the most stunning arrangements that will uplift a wedding or an event of any size.
Lucy and her team will lovingly create your wedding flowers using the finest seasonal stems, using the highest quality of detail with hand chosen ribbon, glassware and vases. All of Lucy’s arrangements are foam free, and flowers are sourced from our own flower farm in Suffolk from the months of March - October.
Your wedding flowers will be carefully packaged, ready to collect from our studio in Battersea, London at a time that works best for you. We can also deliver your flowers for an additional cost.
